Baby Portrait Photography Bridgnorth

At Home Baby Portrait Photography

This baby portrait photography session in Bridgnorth was lovely in January! I arrived to a very chilled house and baby J was fed and dressed ready for his baby photo session. He was so chilled we managed a lovely range of baby solo portraits, cure newborn details, with mum and dad and he even stopped for a feed!

Baby J’s mum and dad had requested a lifestyle baby portrait photography session, so I took an hours drive to their lovely home outside of Bridgnorth Shropshire and had booked to spend around an hour with them in their home photographing them in their own comfortable environment.

Preparing for Your Baby Portrait Photography Session

I emailed prep tips for the home in the days leading up to the photography session and mum and dad had followed them so well; the home looked lovely and ready to capture in immediately. If this isn’t possible before I arrive, I am always happy to lend a hadn’t to tidy things up.

“Laura captured some wonderful photos of our little boy at home. We were made to feel at ease straight away & we thoroughly enjoyed the photo shoot!

We’d highly recommend Laura if you are looking for a brilliant Photographer”

Lifestyle, natural at home baby portrait photography sessions are a great way to document this fleeting time as baby’s change so quickly in the first year. We moved the sofa in the lounge towards the end of the session to capture some nicely natural light lit family portraits – it’s fairly usually for me to start rearranging the furniture for that perfect photo.

Having photographed hundreds of weddings, I can tell you this: the couples who look the most relaxed aren’t the ones with the “perfect” plan… they’re the ones who aren’t trying to do everything themselves. There are a few tiny jobs that make a massive difference to how smoothly your day runs – and they’re exactly […]
