If I’m your wedding photographer, an album will be a bit of a no-brainer (my photographs really are too good to languish forever unseen on a USB stick…and what if you lose the USB?). I suggest adding one of my albums to your gift registry and asking your family and friends to contribute. They really are a stunning piece of family history to put in your grandchildren’s hands one day, and that’s a sensation you really can’t put a price on.

Naturally, you might want to have albums or prints made up after one of my family shoots, too, and this is a grand idea. I love combing through my own family albums. My parents and grandparents were and still are avid album-keepers. Their houses are decorated with family memories, with walls covered in little moments from the past. Their homes are living, breathing records of our life as a family. 

I love my albums. They’re the things that always make my clients tear up when they see them.
