A small intimate London wedding at Old Marylebone Town Hall

This lovely small intimate London wedding took place at London’s gorgeous Old Marylebone Town Hall on one of the most windy days in the UK early this month. The bride lost her veil a few times to the wind but she took it all in her stride as I captured the wedding as their wedding photographer

The gorgeous couple both live and work in London, and wanted a small intimate London wedding with close family and friends flying in from Vietnam and Germany.

The Wedding Ceremony

The emotional wedding ceremony set everyone off when the bride and groom both read personal words to each other in the intimate Pimlico room at Marylebone Town Hall.

After the ceremony, we took a few minutes to take the all important confetti shot, group portraits and some couple portraits on the historical steps of the Old Marylebone Town Hall before we all grabbed an Uber and headed to The Langham

Old Marylebone Town Hall was gorgeous with the loveliest staff, and a super slick operation with a number of weddings taking place at the same time – not that you would ever have known! The entrance to the Hall is also gorgeous for couple portraits and making the most of the stairs in front for the confetti shot.

The Wedding Reception

After a quick change for the bride, we took some time for couple portraits in the stunning The Langham, London. I then stayed and captured the speeches and a toast before leaving the wedding party to continue without me!

I absolutely love photographing weddings in London, it gives me a chance to visit a place I once called home and catch up with old friends.

I would LOVE to capture more intimate and small weddings at Marylebone Town Hall, please contact me to chat about your wedding plans! I have a collection especially for shorter coverage weddings which might be suitable for your plans.

Lulu and Simon’s small and intimate Chelsea wedding was such a wonderful day to be a part of: both the style and the joy were sky high. What I loved most about it (other than Lulu’s incredible dress…more on that in a minute) is how she and Simon did things their own way, and had […]

When I’m not capturing weddings or business owners, you can find me on a family or relaxed newborn baby photo session.  It’s a privilege to photograph special moments between loved ones. Particularly when a baby is just a few weeks old and brand new to the world! In this blog I’ll take you behind the […]

Ursula and Chris’ Rowton Castle ultimate autumnal small wedding day was a gorgeous thing to be a part of as their wedding photographer, for so many reasons.  First, it was at Rowton Castle, which is one of my favourite Shropshire wedding venues. Secondly, they had a lovely autumnal theme to the day, which looked stunning. […]
